Everything below applies to every order. If anything here is unclear before you buy, please ask — it is easier to answer a question than to sort out a return.

Delivery
- Cost
- Free on orders over £60. Below that, a flat £3.95.
- Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
- Time in transit
- Typically 3–5 working days once dispatched.
- Where we deliver
- We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. European and international delivery will follow shortly after launch.
Returns
- How long you have
- 28 days from the day your order arrives.
- Condition
- Pieces need to come back unworn, with tags still attached.
- Cost of returning
- Free for UK orders. A prepaid label and instructions come in the box.
If your prepaid label is missing or you would rather arrange something else, email hello@oliveandmuse.com and we will sort it.
Your statutory rights
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send it back. Our own 28-day window is longer than this and does not replace it.
If something is faulty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a piece is faulty you have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund, and this applies whether or not it has been worn.
